University of Colorado Boulder Graduation Photoshoot

Graduation Photoshoots for Boulder, Fort Collins, Denver

Did you know that I enjoy providing a graduation photoshoot for college grads? Such an exciting time of life to be graduating college! I travel to Boulder, Fort Collins, or Denver to capture seniors in their element (for what could be one of the last times!)

Learn More About Cap and Gown Photo Sessions or Book Now

If you want to book a session, you can learn more right now on my Grad Photo Sessions web page. Or, if you are too busy studying for tests or playing pong, you can book directly using this form (if you are reading this post in 2024), and I’ll be in touch!

What you need to know: a graduation photoshoot costs $749 for one person. The cost is an additional $299 per person. At least half of the cost is due to save your date. I encourage scheduling for an early/mid evening time slot if you want to photograph outdoors. Multiple outfits are welcome.

Meanwhile, a CU-Boulder Grad Portrait Session

This graduation photoshoot features Natalie, who graduated from CU-Boulder last May. We met up at Chautauqua Park to get the classic, iconic Flatirons cap and gown photos, and then wandered around the park to continue making portraits.

I love the Flatiron backdrop, but walking around the park is where things get more interesting to me. So many great buildings, nooks, options!

In addition to digital photos, I took a roll of film of beautiful Natalie! Film photos follow.

A Word About Graduation Photoshoot Locations

Of course, I do believe that Boulder’s Chautauqua Park is a great spot for CU-Boulder cap and gown photos. But, I believe it is worth brainstorming additional spots for your graduation photoshoot.

Where do you like to hang out? Does your home have a yard that you spent a lot of time in? Do you have a favorite park or hike in the area? Favorite coffee shop? The campus of your alma mater?

I am happy to help you come up with other ideas!
