Fun Winter Golden Colorado Engagement Session

This Golden Colorado engagement session was taken in the Foothills outside of Denver/Golden in Coal Creek Canyon. Kari and Dave met up with me on a warm winter’s day (don’t you just love Colorado winters?!) to hike around the area where one of my dear friends lives. They brought their beloved pooch to join in on the fun, and for me it sure was fun. Dave makes me laugh and giggle so much; Kari is a lucky lady to have him! I enjoyed spending time and hiking with these two (plus a dog) outdoorsy people. (And, in case you happen to be wondering, no mountain lions were spotted during this engagement session.)

Right now, engagement sessions are included in all of my wedding collections. I recommend them so that I can get to know my clients better. Because many of my clients are opting for additional coverage instead of the e-session, I am revamping my collections. For couples booking RIGHT NOW for 2016, they will still be included, but sometime in October, I expect that I will no longer offer this perk free of charge.

…And, while I am at it, let me share a link to the Arapahoe Basin/Black Mountain wedding that this couple had later in that year. That rugged mountain! Gasp. Dave’s wedding ring! So cool. The smiles on Kari’s face! Ski lifts! The event coordinator, Meredith, at A-Basin was amazing. The heartfelt toasts. Dave and his mom dancing to Crosby, Stills & Nash…it was a great, great Colorado wedding.
