Marisa and Nathan got married at Longmont Colorado’s Shupe Homestead on a warm summer day in 2016.

There are many things I loved about their wedding day including:

• Marisa’s amazing dress (purchased from Jaehee Bridal)
• Nate’s style (custom made suit by Alton Lane)
• The first-dance and overall dancing skills of the couple (I love me some wedding dancing!)
• The sunset wedding couple portraits
• The laid-back, beautiful vibes of the Shupe Homestead wedding venue
• The professionalism and skills of Jim and his team from At Your Service Event Management
• The sparkler grand exit (luckily since fire bans are always a Front Range, CO possibility!)

Things I loved about the Shupe Homestead wedding venue:

• How the ceremony site perfectly framed the views of Mount Meeker and Longs Peak
• Flowers, flowers blooming everywhere
• The fabulous bar
• The completeness of the reception site–it felt to me that Darla had spent a lot of time paying attention to small details to make this a complete wedding site
• Sunset over the mountains
• Cows roaming in nearby pastures
• Great outdoor space for guests to linger and chat during the reception dancing
• Ease to get to from the Boulder area
